The system behind the product
Shipping is half the job. The other half is knowing whether it worked, and doing something about it.
Product analytics
We instrument the product with PostHog from day one — events designed alongside the features, not bolted on later. Funnels, retention, session replay and experiments, so the next decision comes from what people did rather than what the room believes.
SEO and GEO
Being found by search engines, and being cited by AI assistants when someone asks them for a recommendation. Technical foundations, content that answers real queries, and tracking that shows which of the two is actually bringing people in.
ASO and mobile attribution
Store listings, keywords and creative for the App Store and Google Play, wired to a mobile measurement partner so install and revenue data comes back attached to the campaign that caused it. Paid mobile spend without attribution is a donation.
Paid acquisition
Google, Meta, TikTok and Apple Search Ads, run against the same event data as the product. Campaigns are judged on what they produce downstream — signups, subscriptions, revenue — not on clicks.
Design, research and positioning
Interface and motion systems that hold together across web, iOS and Android, built on top of an honest look at what the category already does. Competitor analysis is not a slide; it decides what your product should not copy.
Continuous operation
